About Us
Kaizen Tuning was born out of the need for a true enthusiast destination shop in the Northeast. The technicians and sales staff at Kaizen Tuning are automotive professionals and have been for years. We knew how we wanted to be treated as customers and saw a need for a shop that would treat us like we wanted to be treated. After seeing first hand the mistreatment of many of our own cars at the hands of dealers and local shops, Kaizen Tuning was formed to offer a different voice. Operated and owned by car fanatics, Kaizen Tuning offers customer service for an enthusiast, by enthusiasts. We live the car lifestyles ourselves, and bring that energy to the shop every day. Kaizen Tuning was started so that we could bring improvement not only to the performance of our customer’s vehicles, but to the customer experience in the Northeast. Chris comes to Kaizen with 15 years of experience in exotic and collector automotive mechanics and diagnostics. He has a diverse background, and can truly be called an artist. He loves the more complicated jobs, like Nissan GTR transmissions, and Porsche gear boxes. His background includes Porsche and Ferrari maintenance, restoration projects ranging from vintage BMW to vintage Lamborghini, and was a 24 Hour Daytona race team member. Chris has the eye that only a master tech can bring with years of experience. Joining Kaizen with Scott as a founding member, Chris has embraced the Kaizen philosophy and is a huge part of what makes the Kaizen Tuning team different. Chris is most happy listening to Metallica, and ripping apart a complicated Porsche gear box.

Jon comes to us with a background as a Nissan and Ford technician. He is an avid enthusiast and owns his own collection of great Nissan cars, including a RB powered GTS-4 and S14 Silvia. Jon is at home and happiest under a car, on the alignment rack tweaking half degrees, or figuring out a diagnostic problem. Jon's strength is knowing what makes Kaizen Tuning's service team different from many of the other local shops and dealerships in the area. His enthusiasm is contagious in the shop. You could say he is our shop's cheerleader.

She now handles purchasing, invoicing, and database management for Kaizen Tuning.
